| the first few times i listened to this song it was pretty decent, then it got annoying, really fast. this band is like good charlotte meets senses fail, which can't possibly be a good thing |

| I also disagree with eMEraLdwPn. I hate Good Charlotte, Sense Fail is decent, but Hawthorne Heights sounds NOTHING like either one. Sorry. Haha. Good try. It's a good song, but it DOES get annoying. I still like it a lot, despite that. 0.o |

In response to '?' #4115...Ignorance is bliss. Get out more often and refrain from watching MTV...it's the devil, no if's and's or but's about it. Emerald was right on target with his/her comment on this pathetic song. It's absolute garbage. There are 500,000 other bands out right now that sound, to the T, exactly like this band. Come on now, "the BEST song ever made?" Obviously, you all have ZERO taste in music in general. Everyone's entitled to their own opinions, and i respect that to an extent...frankly all the "BOMBDIGGITIES" do nothing but subtract more and more from the point you are trying to address...I feel sorry for all the kids who are being sucked into the present-day Victory/Trustkill emo bullsh**, I've dealt first hand with them, and don't get me wrong they were my fave label for the longest time, but now it's all about the color of money to them, a damn shame. Que horible. The scene's going downhill, but I'll fight the good fight and give credit where credit is due...definitely none given here. Silverstein crossed with a little TBS, and a dash of Glasseater...that's what it sounds like to me even when my hands are covering my ears. If the singer "can't make it on his own," a nice helping of balls and a haircut would do the trick...And to all the teary eyed teens I just pissed off personally, cry to mommy for some adderall, xanax or something...emo=music enhanced, melodic manic depression. How bout some Wamburgers and some French Cries, eh?
Emeraldwpn '#1' for the win (NOT the idiot around these parts by far, sorry. haha. good try.) "The best band ever?" The best bands ever, frankly, have come and gone or disappeared for a decade or two and are now back together, and they were way before most of us were even a twinkle in our parent's eyes...You are not old enough nor wise enough to begin to label the best band ever, take Music Appreciation or something...get some friggin knowledge in those thick skulls...i'm not afraid to educate any of you.

I love this song. I think the soft beginning of this song really compliments the kind of screamo-metal chorus. I like it. I think Hawthrone Heights is a pretty good band.

go the paper cut kid pwned emo bitches. i'm 15 and i know this song isnt the best and i'm definately certain that this band would naver make it past a status of an average band let alone to be compared with some of the greats. remember this is only their first album, and they still dont have a second meaning the first wasnt good enough for a record company to invest in a second. this band is just a project to make money, their is no way possible an emo band can ever be one of the greatest bands ever because their music is sold on lyrics that get you to cry over urself, thats not music.
also most of you arent correct on ur genre's this band dose not have nething do do with "screamo" metal, ok the guy distorts his voice woohoo hees hardcore now, its just some backup guy having a cry and yelling key words not screamo metal just scream. i also think i saw sum dude mention punk this band is obvioustly nt punk cuz they dont have telecasters or twang in their guitars just powerchords and riffs, the guy atcually has some singing capability and punk was never intended to get you to buy their music cuz it makes u feel emo inside it was upbeat and more feel good, sure it had its dark moments but emo is just feel sorry for the hot girl i loved in highskool and had no friends boo hoo.
this band is still pretty good considdering. |

I read comments like yours for amusement, because they're utterly retarded. Where are you comming from, making derogative comments about amazing music such as this? The only person who's eyes would be bugging out would be yours, if I ever got a hold of you.

WHoa Its Only Me kind of has a point.
I have actually listened to Hawthorne Heights, I mean actually listened to their CD (my friend is in love with them) and I have to say they are amazingly amateur.
I really don't understand how someone like you can listen to such a horrible band. Anyone could have written lyrics just as emo as HH and their music and vocals, on top of that, are unbelievably bad. |
