| Safety in Numbers is originally a side projet of Hot Rod Circuit's frontman Andy Jackson. He is joined by Kris Flaherty on guitar and vocals. Kris was also very involved in writing the album. On drums is Jake Cardwell, former drummer of New Amsterdam. Also on guitar is Brauna Jackson. Build and Structure was their debut album released in 2002. They also released a split EP with Brand New. Their second album In The Key of D was released in 2004 with Ryan Pope of the Get Up Kids joining them on drums. If you have not had a chance to listen to either of these albums then you are really missing out. This is a creative and talented group of musicians that have been compared to Jimmy Eat World, Jawbox and the Get Up Kids. |
